What has been your most memorable moment since you have started teaching?

I thought it was awesome when the girl’s basketball team won State.


If you could only have one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Why?

This is a tough question because I LOVE all food! But I would have to say blueberries.


How do you spend your summer breaks?

I usually go to California, Florida, or Paraguay, and I try to see as many concerts and/or music festivals as possible.


What would your last meal be? Why?

Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni. It is full of cheese, and it’s simply delicious.


If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead?

I would travel around the world.


If you were stuck on a deserted island with one teacher, who would you want it to be? Why?

The Dalai Lama. He is so wise, enlightened, peaceful, and kind.


What is your favorite part about being a teacher?

The students!!!!


What is your dream vacation?

I have a lot of bucket-list places, but I really want to go on an African Safari.


What would students be surprised to find out about you?

Hmmmm……. I’m a ninja who fights crime on the weekends, or I’m in the studio recording rap songs! Ha! There’s nothing really surprising about me; I like to knit and crochet.


What motivated you to become a teacher?

I sort of fell into this profession, but the students definitely motivate me. They motivate me to be a better person, citizen, and teacher.
